Jack Bulut joins Untamed as Head of Design & Delivery

Leading the way in creating seamless, human-centred design across brand, digital, and creative strategy

The day finally came! Karen called me from a beach in Dubai, Darren waved hello from his home office, and before I even had a coffee, I’d said yes to joining Untamed.

Years ago, Darren, Karen, and I all worked at the same pensions company. Fast forward a few years, and our paths crossed again. This time, they were building something called Untamed.

I started as a freelancer. What was meant to be a few design projects quickly became a collaboration that just clicked: the mix of structure and creativity, the freedom to explore ideas properly, and the energy of working with people who actually get it.

About me:

I’ve always worked in design, starting out as an apprentice over a decade ago and growing through roles across brand, digital, and creative delivery. For the past six years, I’ve specialised in UX/UI, leading projects from immersive digital experiences to full-scale brand creation, always with the same goal: creating work that feels effortless and genuine.

My role:

As Head of Design & Delivery at Untamed, I help shape how we show up as a brand and how we deliver for our clients. My focus is on bringing structure to creativity, guiding projects from the first spark to the final launch, and making sure the process feels clear, collaborative, and inspiring for everyone involved.

Being Untamed’s first official employee is a milestone for me and the team. We’re building solid foundations, a growing crew, and plenty of ambition for what’s next.

Here’s to new chapters, creative momentum, and to all the laughs, fun, and memorable moments along the way, with both our team and our clients.
